Low-carbohydrate diet success results after 4 weeks on the Keto diet are fine

Low-carbohydrate diet = The Ketogenic Diet = Weight Loss.

My Low-carb diet success report

I have not had any problems at all with the Low-carbohydrate diet. The first week was the quickest loss of weight around 5 kilos. The second week was nowhere near so fast, it was only 1 kilo.

Surprisingly the third week on the Low-carbohydrate diet went quite well, I ended that week with 2 kilos gone. Now 2 days into my fourth-week things are looking great.Low-carbohydrate diet

I suppose that I was lucky not having the craving for sweet things at all. Changing my diet to fit the keto diet (Low-carbohydrate diet) was a learning curve.

Low-carb diet not eating

I have cut out the intake of the following:

  1. Potatoes
  2. Rice
  3. Pasta
  4. Bread
  5. Sweet stuff and fruit

Low-carb diet what I am doing

Basically, I am eating more chicken than any other meat. Fish at least once a week mainly on Friday.

I am eating Lots of cauliflower, Broccoli, Asparagus, Mushrooms, and Zucchini. There are a few more but those are the main keto diet vegetables as of now.

In the evening it´s time to go nuts! Some salad, tomatoes, lettuce, and cucumber with a dressing made with olive oil.

When I watch TV it´s nuts time, mostly walnuts or almonds. As far as I know, those two sorts are the best. Do let me know in the comments which sort of nuts if any are you eating whilst on the keto diet?

Low-carbohydrate diet success results

A few things that I have noticed during the four weeks doing the ketogenic diet are as follows:

  1. Going to bed earlier than before
  2. Not being so tired during the day
  3. Feeling fitter
  4. Not being so bloated
  5. Overall a good feeling.

During my Low-carbohydrate diet, I still want to lose another 12 kilos at least. I am in rush I know it will take time. I was as I think everyone is skeptic about the keto diet. I am enjoying it and it is doing me good.

My weight loss target is 20 kilos, so only 12 to go. I think maybe in March 2019 I will hit the target.

To all of you just starting out with the Low-carbohydrate diet, it plain and simple works. I wish you all the best with your weight loss however you do it.
