For me, the only way is to go with the low-carb keto diet, why because it is fun. Not boring like some other types of diet that I have read about. By no means am I saying that is the only way, but it suits me very well.
Learning about a low-carb keto diet does take quite a bit of research, I am glad that I did. False information is all over the internet and big companies would like to get their hands on your wallet.
Eating low-carb food has helped me lose around 12 kilos over the past few weeks. I had never investigated this sort of way to lose weight, and I still have 20 kilos to go but I am happy and not hungry.

Keto diet in the morning
Low-carb keto diet in the morning, It starts off with 2 eggs, 3 strips of bacon, grated cheese, coconut oil, olive oil, and some spinach leaves. It is tasty and enough to keep me going until lunchtime.

At the moment, I am only using the keto breakfast recipe for now. We make our own low-carb food my own way for lunch.
We own a daycare for children placed in my home, so when I cook for the 10 children, of course, they get their pasta and potatoes and so on, but I just eat meat and the vegetables. It works well, and we are all at one table for lunch.
Being able to use so many low-carb keto diet foods, makes it very easy for me to be full up and lose weight. What more do we want? If you do a bit of sport at the same time as being on the low-carb keto diet. I think it will work even better.
At dinner time I eat salad, cucumber, goat cheese, red peppers and maybe some spring onions. Perfect for me until the TV goes on. Then I do have some nuts or fruit. Some fruits are ok but make sure you get some info on low-carb keto diet fruit. I like berries and oranges.
